Our Story:
Owner Jack Mapstone got his start running a successful lawn maintenance company, College Lawn and Labor LLC, through his time and graduation from Gustavus Adolphus College (BA, Biology, Studio Art, 22’). Starting in 2022, Mapstone Property Solutions LLC became a natural next step as customer excellency developed throughout college years was put to use, along with an expanded service offering to include most things outdoor living. Today, we offer year round property maintenance and landscape improvements to Stillwater MN, Lake Elmo MN and the surrounding areas for both residential and commercial customers. At Mapstone, we take pride in our personable and professional customer relationships, allowing customers to enjoy their outdoor spaces care and worry free.
