• Invoices are sent by email. For recurring work, we bill all services performed at the end of the month on net 15 terms unless otherwise agreed upon. Project based work is billed upon completion. We accept all major cards through our billing software, Jobber, as well as checks through the mail.

  • Contact us here. We will be in contact with you within 1 business day, usually within a few hours. We can do a good deal of quoting through online software and mapping and are more than happy to set up a site visit when necessary, ie project work, any landscape/hardscape work, more complicated properties etc.

  • Yes! - weather permitting, we keep a consistent lawn maintenance schedule for the season.

  • We ask that you pick up and move any toys left in the yard for both our team and your properties safety. We also ask you cleanup after any pets the days before we are scheduled to arrive as needed.

  • In order to maintain your lawn to the highest standards, we cannot offer every other week mowing service as most yards will become far too tall between cuts. During weeks of drought and extreme heat, with notice we can skip mowing for the week free of charge.

    We aim to offer the most reliable and professional services to our customers. To do so, we cannot offer one time mowings.

  • We have a dedicated customer service rep during snow events whose responsibility is to update customers via email whether or not triggers have been met and when about to expect us to clear their property.

  • Commercial properties are cleared multiples times throughout most storms, prioritizing drive lanes. A final clearing will be done within 4-6 hours of most storms ending.

    Residential properties are cleared within 8-10 hours of most storms ending and with 18-22 hours of extreme events of 12”+
